The Mantle is Blue gold fringed and lined with ermine with cords and gold tassels bearing two love circled strings with a gold gemmed Crown at the chief, with studded gems of various colours with burnished edges supporting nine gold rosettes of which 5 are visible and each loaded in its heart with a pearl.
