Constitutions
According to the art.3 of its Charter, the Phoenix Grand Lodge has traced its own Constitutions and Regulations in conformity with Mackey’s Landmarks and in conformity with the Constitutions and Regulations of the Grand Lodge of Massachusetts. The Grand Lodge of Massachusetts has been duly constituted by the Senate and the Chamber of Representatives in Congress assembled, under the legislature of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, in the year 1859.
As provided for by the Charter, with the help of the Gran Architect of the Universe, the Constitutions and the internal Regulations have been enacted during the Grand Lodge called on January 16th 2010 E.·.V.·.
